Service Description
A professional assessment of your facility's physical visibility and branding potential. We evaluate options for storefronts, building signs, monument signs, and window graphics to ensure your business makes a powerful first impression on every passerby.
Cancellation Policy
All project intake consultations are scheduled for 1 hour and require full payment at the time of booking. The consultation fee reserves the appointment time and covers the initial project review, discovery conversation, general recommendations, and discussion of possible next steps. Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to the full consultation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If Bosh Design Build must cancel or reschedule, the client will be offered a new appointment time or refund option. Consultation payments are for consultation services only and do not include design drawings, renderings, construction documents, permits, material selections, labor, fabrication, installation, project management, or renovation work unless specifically stated in writing. Any additional services require a separate written proposal, approved scope of work, and applicable deposit or payment schedule. Refunds are not guaranteed once a consultation has been completed or once preparation, review, or project research has begun. Project estimates, recommendations, timelines, and budgets discussed during the consultation are preliminary and non-binding until a formal proposal or agreement is issued and approved. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, project complexity, materials, labor, vendor pricing, permits, fabrication needs, and client-selected changes. Deposits or retainers may be required before any design, planning, procurement, project management, renovation, signage, or installation work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started, materials have been ordered, vendors have been scheduled, or project resources have been allocated. Payment terms will be outlined in the approved proposal or agreement. All approved work is limited to the written scope of work. Any additional services, revisions, site visits, design changes, materials, coordination, or labor outside the approved scope may require additional fees and written approval before proceeding. Project details, addresses, photos, documents, budgets, and private client information will be handled confidentially and will not be displayed publicly without permission. Bosh Design Build may request permission to document completed work for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes when appropriate.
